Returns

NEW ZEALAND RETURNS

We offer returns on all merchandise orders in New Zealand within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to return something. Note that if your item is a custom order, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings. All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return. The buyer is responsible for all postage expenses. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we (lustbyella) do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept all international returns within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to return something. Note that if your item is a custom order, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

If a request is not lodged within 30 days after you have received your item, you will be ineligible for a refund. Note that if your item is a custom order with any engraving, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
