We offer a 6-month warranty on all gold jewelry items with proof of purchase. Our warranty covers faulty items. It does not cover wear & tear. Please refer to our care instructions above for general care instructions. 

To make a claim, you must email hello@lustbyella.com to initiate your claim, in which you will be informed with instructions to return your product in its original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping the product and any expenses related to shipping. Lust by Ella jewelry is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of the product during transit.

Your item will be examined and if deemed appropriate, fixed or replaced for you.
